320 g Bragagnolo spaghetti
2-3 garlic cloves
1-2 hot chili peppers (sliced) or chili powder, to taste
3 sprigs of parsley
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Salt, to taste

Cook the Spaghetti:
Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 8-9 minutes until al dente.Prepare the Sauce:
While the pasta cooks, heat a generous amount of olive oil in a large pan over low heat. Add the sliced garlic and thinly sliced chili peppers (or chili powder) and sauté gently, ensuring the garlic doesn’t burn.Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Drain the pasta and transfer it to the pan with the garlic, chili, and oil mixture. Toss quickly to coat the pasta evenly with the flavored oil.Finish and Serve:
Turn off the heat, add finely chopped parsley, and mix well. Serve immediately while hot.
