Summer pairing
- 5 tsp Southern Heights loose tea
- orange slices
- light sweetness if desired
- ice
The fruity, vanilla-soft character of Southern Heights suits an elegant, lightly sweet iced tea.
The Colonial Tea Company Southern Heights is a black tea blend with orange peel, floral notes and vanilla softness. Orange keeps the iced tea fresh without making it heavy.
Ingredients
- 1 l water
- 5 tsp Southern Heights loose tea
- orange slices
- light sweetness if desired
- ice
Method
- Heat the water until almost boiling.
- Brew the Southern Heights loose tea for about 4 minutes.
- Strain and cool the tea.
- Add orange slices and a very light sweetness if desired.
