Pasta Zara potato gnocchi and tomato basil sauce are an easy pair when you want something soft, tomato-rich and gently Italian. Use the whole pack of gnocchi and the whole jar of sauce so the balance stays right.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Pasta Zara potato gnocchi 500 g
- 1 jar Pasta Zara tomato basil sauce
- 1 ball mozzarella
- Parmesan or Grana Padano
- fresh basil
- olive oil
Method
- Cook the potato gnocchi according to the pack instructions.
- Warm the Pasta Zara tomato basil sauce in a pan.
- Add the gnocchi to the sauce and stir gently.
- Tear in the mozzarella and let it soften in the warm gnocchi.
- Finish with Parmesan, basil and olive oil.
The soft gnocchi carries the gentle tomato basil sauce without making the dish heavy.
