

Oven-baked Pasta Zara potato gnocchi with Arrabbiata
Arrabbiata sauce, potato gnocchi and mozzarella bake into a bubbling, spicy and easy sharing dish.

This oven-baked version is ideal when you want a slightly more generous gnocchi meal. Pasta Zara Arrabbiata brings tomato heat, mozzarella adds softness and potato gnocchi gives the dish a satisfying texture.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Pasta Zara potato gnocchi 500 g
- 1 jar Pasta Zara Arrabbiata sauce
- 1 ball mozzarella
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes
- Parmesan or Grana Padano
- olive oil
- fresh basil or parsley
Method
- Cook the potato gnocchi according to the pack instructions.
- Warm the Pasta Zara Arrabbiata sauce in a pan and add the gnocchi.
- Pour into an oven dish. Add halved cherry tomatoes and torn mozzarella.
- Bake at 220°C for about 8-10 minutes until the surface bubbles and the cheese has melted.
- Finish with Parmesan, herbs and olive oil.
Arrabbiata already has character, so keep extra seasoning restrained.
