Ingredients
- 1 l water
- 5 tsp English Breakfast loose tea
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- lemon slices
- honey or sugar syrup

Method
- Heat the water until almost boiling.
- Brew the English Breakfast loose tea for about 4 minutes.
- Strain and let the tea cool.
- Add lemon juice and lightly sweeten if desired.
- Serve with ice and lemon slices.
